Returns & Exchanges

At MODO Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your eyewear within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Frames

  Place the eyewear, original case, and microfiber cloth securely inside the original shipping box to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
